We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Test Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for evolving and building test methods, and a proven track record in leading test teams. This leadership role requires in-depth knowledge of test processes and HIL systems and the ability to mentor and guide other team members.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage testing projects, ensuring the effective implementation of test plans and methodologies.
• Share expertise and guide other test engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
• Develop, evolve, and implement test methods to continuously improve the testing processes.
• Take ownership of the test process from initiation to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Work with a range of tools, including dSpace and Vector tools like CANoe, CANalyzer, and others, for testing automotive systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes across different areas.
• Manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring the timely completion of test activities and deliverables.
• Contribute to the evolution of test standards, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in the testing field, with a strong background in HIL systems.
• Solid experience in test leadership and mentoring of junior team members.
• Proficiency in programming languages, with a preference for Python and C++.
• Extensive experience working with dSpace or Vector tools, such as CANoe, CANalyzer, and knowledge of CAN, Flexray, and Ethernet.
• Proven ability to develop test methods and lead teams in complex test scenarios.
