We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to work on digital site solutions for one of our larger clients within the automotive industry. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, valuable, and user-friendly digital solutions aimed at enhancing the experience for customers who own and operate sites within heavy infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead UX design efforts for digital site solutions, ensuring the development of intuitive and - valuable user experiences.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive customer journey.

- Rapidly prototype concepts based on research to create customer value and improve user experience.

- Ensure UX/UI consistency across the product ecosystem and design systems.

- Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders and clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing prototyping and UI consistency.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Maze, Figjam, and Miro.

- Experience working with design systems and integrating them into digital solutions.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain design decisions to both internal teams and clients.

- Experience working in an Agile environment.
