We are seeking a highly skilled HIL Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and automation of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing environments for embedded systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in embedded software development, scripting for automated test cases, and in-depth knowledge of dSPACE tools and automotive communication protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain HIL test environments for embedded systems, ensuring high reliability and performance.
• Create and optimize automated test scripts using Python to enhance testing efficiency.
• Develop and integrate software solutions for dSPACE tools such as ControlDesk, AutomationDesk, and ConfigurationDesk (not just as a user, but as a developer).
• Work extensively with C/C++ for embedded software development.
• Develop and validate test cases using CANoe and CANalyzer, ensuring proper communication and integration of automotive control systems.
• Model plant dynamics and control systems using Matlab/Simulink for system simulation and validation.
• Operate in a Linux environment, ensuring seamless software development and integration.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive professional experience in embedded software development using C/C++.
• Strong proficiency in Python, particularly for automated test scripting.
• Hands-on experience in developing with dSPACE tools (ControlDesk, AutomationDesk, ConfigurationDesk) beyond just user-level operation.
• Deep understanding of automotive communication protocols and tools like CANoe and CANalyzer.
• Experience with plant modeling using Matlab/Simulink.
• Proficiency in working within a Linux environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive, aerospace, or industrial embedded systems.
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture and software development processes.
• Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded debugging tools.
